Throughout my career, I have worked across the private and non-profit sectors, supporting organizations through growth, transformation and periods of significant change.
Most recently, I served as COO of the Inner Development Goals Foundation, where I worked with global leaders, organizations and networks exploring how inner development can support sustainable transformation and systems change.
My approach combines strategic thinking, business acumen and a deep understanding of leadership and human development.
