WiserMinds was founded in 2020 by Linnéa Lind with a vision to make a difference and to contribute to what is truly important in life and business. WiserMinds has sprung from a passion for human potential and opportunity for development. I am passionate about helping to create sustainable organizations, teams and workplace cultures. I believe in creating sustainable business by clarifying the purpose and creating commitment and motivation. I believe in developing activities with a holistic view with the people at the center and at the same time creating clarity and structure. I want to contribute to creating successful businesses where not only the business flourishes but also its employees and leaders.

I have a Master’s degree Business Administration and with +15 years of experience from both finance, marketing and leadership within multinational companies, I contribute both with the “hard and soft” side of the development process. Structure and clarity are combined with a understanding of the human aspect.
