What does it take to successfully develop your business and organization?

Culture

Culture development consciously touches on leadership, co-operation, values ​​and attitudes. A strong and well-developed culture is often a prerequisite for the business’ strategies to be realized. It is this area that is most often linked to the concept of organizational development.

For an organization to be well-functioning, mindful leadership is a very important part. Well-developed strategies, optimized processes and well-functioning management systems are not enough. By developing a mindful leadership, communication is improved and through increased focus and calm, the ability to make wise decisions is strengthened. Today’s leaders need to lead by creating meaning and creating conditions for joy and engagement in the workplace. Today’s rapid development and changing world require that everyone is a leader and self-leadership is central to developing in organizations that strive for long-term success.

In order to achieve success, all the mentioned dimensions must be included in the development of the business and organization. Strategy, structure and culture need to be included to provide a complete approach. Having a too narrow approach can easily lead to wrong priorities and without the desired effects.
